Scott Willmot Featherston, 50, an IT consultant, husband of Jessica Coburn Featherston, died Thursday, September 14, 2017 at his home. He was born July 11, 1967 in Lexington, graduate of Bryan Station High School, attended Eastern Kentucky University, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from University of Kentucky. Scott was a member of the ROTC and golf team, worked for Galls Inc. for 20 years, and was the owner of Feathertech Inc. In addition to his wife, Jessica, Scott is survived by his mother, Betty Ann Reese, Lexington; father and stepmother, Morris Ray and Melody Featherston, Sanger, Texas; brother, Mark (Katrina) Featherston, Georgetown; and two nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 19, at Paris First Presbyterian Church by Rev. Sandra White with burial in Paris Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the Church. Memorials are suggested to First Presbyterian Church.
