I have such fond memories of Aunt Gin and Uncle Raymond from my childhood. Riding bikes in the driveway and playing hide and seek or freeze tag in their yard. And watching Uncle Raymond in his shop. They were both always so welcoming. Uncle Raymond always had a joke or something to tease about to make us smile. Aunt Gin was always the gracious hostess, offering a snack or drink after we had played so hard. She was so genuinely interested in how we were, what we were learning in school. And they would share memories from their childhood, or stories about my Dad or growing up with my PaPa Crump. Those quiet moments on the porch or in the front room are some of my favorites. I miss those days... God certainly blessed us with those good folks. My love and prayers to the whole family.
