Oval Reynolds Yazell, 61, Hawkins-Cummins Road, owner of Oval Yazell Fencing, husband of Maritta Wilds Yazell, died Friday, July 31, 2009 at VA Medical Center. He was born February 3, 1948 in Paris, son of the late Leonard and Martha Jean Goodpaster Yazell, a graduate of Bourbon County schools, and was a member of Grace Fellowship. Oval is also survived by four daughters, Crystal (John) Baker, Mt. Sterling, Beth (Kelly) Hart, Lexington, Rebekah Yazell, Paris; Crystal (Riley) Conner, Millersburg; two sons, Jeremiah Yazell, Zac Thompson, both of Paris; three grandchildren, Jackie Baker, Hunter Hart, Joshua Conner; a sister, Sandra "Skeets" (Eugene) Franklin; and seven brothers, Harold (Wilma) Yazell, George (Betty) Yazell, Norman Yazell, Leslie (Donna) Yazell, Gary (Connie) Yazell, Bronson (Caroline) Yazell, and Glen (Brenda) Yazell. He was preceded in death by two bothers, Virgil Yazell and Kenneth Yazell. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 5, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Pastor Ron Callahan, Daryll Mulcahey, and Rev. William E. Singleton with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
