Obituary for Kyle Bugg

Kyle Bugg, 88, a retired manager for Womwell Auto Parts/Carquest Auto Parts, widower of Edith Reynolds Bugg, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019, at The Willows at Citation. He was born July 25, 1930 in Mercer County, son of the late William Oscar “W.O.” and Iva Leonard Bugg. Kyle was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in post-World War II Germany, attended Western Kentucky University, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Paris.
He is survived by two sons, Royce Neil (Rita) Bugg Bourbon County, Stephen Lynn (Lawana) Bugg, Lexington; three grandchildren, Christopher Neil Bugg, Lexington, Landon Scott (Sarah) Bugg, Paris, Ashley Lynn (Michael) Newton, Nicholasville; three great grandchildren, Redden Kyle Bugg, Alexander Scott Bugg, Andrew Morgan Bugg; two brothers, Earl (Patsy) Bugg, Lloyd (Betty) Bugg, both of Lebanon; and a sister, Edna (Leonard) Sandberg, Atlanta, Georgia. Kyle was preceded in death by two brothers, Curtis and Bobby Bugg.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 8, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Monday officiated by Rev. Don Reed. Burial will be in the Paris Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Bluegrass Hospice Care, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, Kentucky 40504.
