Adelene “Abby” Brumback, age 69 of Paris, died unexpectedly on Friday, March 22, 2019 at Georgetown Community Hospital. Abby was born on August 20, 1949 in Bourbon County, the daughter of Samuel Simpson and Dortha Rose Abner McIntosh, both having preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are two daughters, Wendy Gayle Clough Purcell and Veronica Lee Brumback; three sisters, Imogene McDowell, Nannie Vaughn and Carolyn Norman. She was a homemaker and a member of Victory Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of God.
Surviving is a daughter, Marlanda Lynn Clough Villasana (Jose), six grandchildren, one great grandchild and a sister, Sharon Happ Davis as well as an aunt and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for Adelene “Abby” Brumback will be on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Pastor Connie Jackson officiating. Casket bearers will be Jose Villasana II, Kyle Cook, Tony Johnson, C.J. Beasley, Brett Williams, Romeo McIntosh, and Dalton Christian. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hinton Turner Funeral Home.
