Obituary for Alice Pauline Riddle (King)

Alice P. Riddle, 95, of Stamping Ground, widow of Don F. Riddle, died Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Dover Manor Nursing Home in Georgetown. She was born February 13, 1925 in Bourbon County, daughter of the late Nell and Roy Haley King. Mrs. Riddle was a 1943 graduate of North Middletown High School and was a member of North Middletown Christian Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Connie Ritchie Cooke, Patricia Ritchie Gevedon, Donna Jean Riddle (David) Blackwell; seven grandchildren, Karen Cooke (Tim) Baker, Kevin David (Lois) Cooke, Amanda (Jon) Beach, Jamie Don (Sue) Gevedon, Justin Blackwell, Alison Blackwell, Patrick Blackwell; eight great grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, T.J. Baker, Robert Daniel (Sarah) Cooke, Benjamin David (Natalie) Cooke, Haley Mullins, Emily Kate Hagan, Rian Beach, Kennedy Gevedon, Cooper Gevedon; a brother, Paul (Anna) King; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Alice was preceded in death by siblings, Roy C. King, Edith Hedges, Lucille Walton; and a great granddaughter, Kayla Baker.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, at the North Middletown Cemetery Chapel with Rev. Steve Baker officiating. Casket bearers will be Tim Baker, Kevin Cooke, Jamie Gevedon, Robert Cooke, Benjamin Cooke, and Amanda Beach. T.J. Baker will serve as honorary bearers. Burial will follow in the North Middletown Cemetery.
