Betsie Ann Ginn Noel, widow of Lester Clay Noel, departed this life on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, in Winchester, having attained the age of 88 years. Betsie was born on March 19, 1933, in Bourbon County, KY, the daughter of the late William and Eula Ginn, had received her associate degree in accounting, and was a retired seamstress, having worked at Hansley Mill. She was an avid bowler; was the state secretary for the men’s, women’s, and youth State Bowling Association; coached youth bowling for over twenty years, having coached at both Bourbon County High School and Harrison County High School. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry Wayne Noel, Charles Clay Noel; two sisters, Wilma Ginn Brown, Ellen Ginn Ratliff; and a brother, William “Skipper” Ginn.

Surviving is a daughter, Eula Brown, and a grandson Eric Brown.

The funeral service for Betsie Ann Ginn Noel will be at 12 Noon, on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with interment in Paris Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. www.hintonturner.com
