Obituary for Edith Reynolds Crump (Stanfield)
Edith Reynolds Crump, age 91, widow of Robert Bellwood Crump, died Sunday, February 27, 2022, at her home. She was born November 19, 1930 in Bourbon County, daughter of the late Floyd and Willie Kay Bussell Stanfield. Edith was a member of the First Church of God and was the retired owner of Hillcrest Beauty Shop.
She is survived by a daughter, Peggy (David) Mefford; two sons, Gary (Susan) Linville, John Dean (Sally) Linville; eight grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the Hinton-Turner Funeral officiated by David Mefford with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Eric Linville, Josh Linville, Joey Linville, Bain Lindeman, Bailey Lindeman, Kelly Patrick, and Lincoln Linville. Honorary bearers will be Carly Reed, Ryan Reed, Barbie Jackson, Lloyd Jackson, Penney Lindeman, Barry Lindeman, Missy Mefford, and Justin Mello.
