Una Faye Bailey, widow of Edward Bruce Bailey, departed this life on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at Bourbon Heights, having attained the age of 88 years. She was born in Paris, Kentucky on May 1, 1932, the daughter of the late Omer and Lilly Frederick Roe; was a graduate of Bourbon County High School; Sullivan Business College; and was a bookkeeper for Bourbon Agricultural Bank, National Bank, and Fifth/Third Bank. She was an active member of First Baptist Church, and the church choir. In addition to her husband, Edward, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Anthony Bailey, and siblings, Robert, Dorothy, Carl, Ray, Omar, Kenneth, Clyde, Thelma, Freida, and Marjorie.

Surviving are her sons, Doug Bailey, Mike Bailey, and Steve Bailey; grandchildren, Sommer (Drew) Lallie, Tyler Bailey, Sarah Bailey; and two great grandchildren. Also surviving are special friends and caregivers, Glidy Roseberry, Kathy White, and Linda Craycraft.

The funeral service for Una Faye Bailey will be at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home on Saturday, October 3, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kyle Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow in Paris Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, October 2, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
