Kathy Combs McDonald, age 59, a former Subway employee, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022, at her home. She was born May 18, 1963 in Mount Sterling, daughter of Lester Kelly Combs and the late Wanda Norris Combs and was a graduate of Bourbon County High School. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and spent many hours at the ballfield watching them play sports.
Kathy is survived by a son, Mark (Ashley) McDonald; daughter, Niki (Adam) Wainscott; father, Lester (Sally) Combs; grandchildren, Mallory Wainscott, Madison Wainscott, Remi McDonald, Caiden Black; sister, Lisa (John) Duvall; brother, Alvin D. Combs; her former husband, Bobby McDonald; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial gathering will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 14, 2022, at the Paris Church of Christ to celebrate Kathy’s life. www.hintonturner.com
