Laura Louise Allman Minnick, of North Middletown, Kentucky, wife of Stephen Eric Minnick, departed this life on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, having attained the age of 65 years. She was born in Paris, Kentucky on November 6, 1956, the daughter of the late Robert Nelson Allman and Betty Carter Allman, who survives. Laura was a graduate of Bourbon County High School, as well as Georgetown College, worked as the Assistant Curator at Cane Ridge Meeting House for twenty-one years, loved gardening, painting, cooking, her family, and her pets.

In addition to her mother Betty and husband Stephen, Laura is survived by her daughter, Erica Louise Minnick, and a nephew, Dusty (Christy) Minnick.

The memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at North Middletown Christian Church with Rev. Stephanie Moon officiating. The memorial gathering will begin at 2:00 p.m. until time for the service for Laura “The Bully” Minnick.
