Obituary for Patricia Lou "Pat" Thornberry (Fryman)

Patricia Lou Fryman “Pat” Thornberry, of Paris, widow of David Edgar Thornberry, departed this life on Sunday, February 5, 2023, at Bourbon Heights, at 87 years of age. Pat was born in Richmond, Indiana on January 7, 1936, the daughter of the late William and Esta Martin Fryman, was a 1954 graduate of North Middletown High School where she was a cheerleader, grew up working at Fryman Dock, was a farmer, and member of Spears Mill Baptist Church. In the various churches she attended through the years, you would always find her singing in the choir.
Surviving is a son, Larry W. Thornberry; a daughter, Linda T. (John) Clines; two grandsons, John Daniel Clines, Gregory B. (Shellie) Clines; a great grandchild, Kamryn Nichole Clines; a brother, Harry (Linda) Fryman; and a sister, Carolyn Fryman Redmon King. She was preceded in death by a brother, Marvin Fryman; and two sisters, Doris Fryman McCord and Donna Fryman Johnson Potts.
The funeral service for Patricia Lou Fryman “Pat” Thornberry will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2023, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Rev. John Chamberlain officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memory Gardens with casket bearers being John Daniel Clines, Gregory B. Clines, Harry B. Fryman, Andrew Thornberry, John Clines, Sr., and Barry A. Thornberry. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time for the service.
