Richard Roy Nesbit, of Paris, departed this life at his home on Clintonville Road, December 8, 2021, having attained the age of 82 years. He was born on September 26, 1939, in West Union, Ohio, the son of the late John Roy and Merlee Brooks Nesbit, was a retired general contractor, and a member of New Hope.

Surviving is a son, John Wayne English of Paris; a brother, Lloyd “Buck” Nesbit of Ohio; two granddaughters, Lashonda Taulbee, and Zaelynn Rae English. Also surviving is a special great granddaughter, Jaden (Jeffrey) Ross; and great great granddaughter, Lilliana Grace Williams.
