Sara Paige Estes-Waugh, daughter of Gae Estes Vanlandingham and Rodney Waugh, departed this life on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at the University of Kentucky hospital at the age 27. She was born on July 21, 1995, in Lexington, Kentucky, was a 2013 graduate of Bourbon County High School, attended Maysville Community College, loved every kind of animal, and especially loved horseback riding. She attended Old Union Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her stepfather, Jon Vanlandingham; stepmother, Renee Waugh; and a brother, Joshua Estes-Waugh. Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Larry and Sara Estes; four stepsisters, Madison Vanlandingham, Alyssa Dailey, Alexa Puryear, Aleigha Petrosian; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and a special friend, Chris Baxter.

The funeral service for Sara Paige Estes-Waugh will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Old Union Christian Church, with Rev. Scott Winkler officiating. Interment will follow at Old Union Cemetery with casket bearers being Josh Estes-Waugh, Jerrad Robin, Jake Robin, Chris Baxter, Taylor Burgess, and Nick Wilson. Honorary bearers are David and Taren Robin. Visitation will be on Friday, January 27, 2023, at Old Union Christian Church from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
