Obituary for Tammy Nadine Barnett (Perkins )
Tammy Nadine Perkins Barnett, age 60, of Paris, departed this life on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at the Hospice Unit at St. Joe in Lexington. Tammy was born on June 8, 1961, in Paris, the daughter of the late James Carlos Perkins, and Phyllis Kendall Perkins, who survives. She was a 1979 graduate of Paris High School, attended cosmetology school, a homemaker, and worked as a waitress/bartender.
In addition to her mother Phyllis, she is survived by two brothers, Anthony Wayne (Millie) Perkins, Timothy Ray Perkins; and her fiancée, Mike Ellis. Also surviving are two uncles, Ell Kendall, Jr., Chester Kendall; and an aunt, Max Kendall.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to God’s Pantry, or one’s favorite charity.
