Thomas Dale “Rebel” Gilliam, husband of Kizzie Pelfrey Gilliam, of Millersburg, departed this life on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at his home, with family at his side. He was born in Paris, Kentucky, on March 18, 1964, the son of the late Thomas Cobb, and Betty Loraine Roberts, worked as a brake press operator at Monessan, was of the Baptist faith, and loved his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Christian Gean Harley Gilliam and Gracie Brewer.

In addition to his wife Kizzie, he is survived by four children, Shasta Dawn Gilliam, Thomas Allen Gilliam, Nora Beth Fultz, Chase Lee Gilliam; three stepchildren, Jeffrey Brewer, Jr., Bobby James Brewer, Benjamin Ray Brewer; and sixteen grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers, Gordon R. (Glenna) Gilliam, James D. Gilliam, Billy D. (Christy) Gilliam; and one sister, Faye (Charles) Williams.
