Arrangements

The arrangements conference is the time when we meet with the next of kin to acquire information we need, set service arrangements, compose the obituary, make merchandise selections and other details that need attention.  Normally this will take one to two hours.

Items to bring with you:
• Vital statistics - including birth date, Social Security number, parents full names (including Mothers' maiden name) or complete this form
• List of family members
• Documents - Cemetery documents, Military Discharge (DD-214), Life Insurance Policy 
• Photographs - Photo for the obituary, photos for video tribute (75-100)
• Clothing(if deceased will be viewed) - including undergarments, preferably an outfit with long sleeves
• Particular cosmetics (lipstick, nail polish, etc.)
