Aileen Wilson Toy, 87, widow of Sylvester Toy, died Sunday, December 23, 2007 at Johnson Mathers Health Care. She was born February 5, 1919 in Bath County, daughter of the late Clarence and Bella Sargent Emmons, educated in the Bath County schools, and was a member of the Worldwide International Church of God. Mrs. Toy is survived by a son, Mike (Peggy) Toy, Paris; three grandchildren, Mike (Stephanie) Toy, Paris, Joe Toy, Paris, April (Jamie) Smith, Cynthiana; four great grandchildren, Chelsie Toy, Frankfort, Trey, Joshua, Jacqueline Smith, all of Cynthiana; and a sister, Maggie Hatton, Carlisle. She was preceded in death by three sisters, five brothers, and a niece. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 28, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Wayne Spivey and Bro. Jim Hicks with interment in the Crown Hill Cemetery, Sharpsburg. Casket bearers will be Mike Toy, II, Joe Toy, Danny Hatton, Brandon Hatton, Larry Hatton, Jamie Smith, Trey Smith, and Joshua Smith. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday.
