Anna Belle Burke, 63, Fairlawn Avenue, Lexington, formerly of Paris, wife of Larry F. Burke, died Friday, February 29, 2008 at the Hospice Care Center. She was born September 22, 1944 in Bourbon County, daughter of the late Willis and Mary Ruth Brumagen Evans and was a graduate of Bourbon County High School. She is also survived by five brothers, Billy J. (Dena) Evans, Harrison County, Thomas T. (Edith) Evans, Paris, James Earl (Brenda) Evans, Bourbon County, John C. (Teresa) Evans, Mt. Vernon, and Wayne (Faye) Evans, Harrison County. Her son, Samuel G. Burke, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Bro. George Combest with interment in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Her nephews will serve as casket bearers. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday.
