Cecil Carl Clem, 53, a construction worker, died Monday, February 28, 2011 at his home. He was born May 4, 1957 in Butler, Ohio, son of the late Cecil B. Clem and Myrtie Carolyn Dyer Clem Sloan, a 1976 graduate of Bourbon County High School, and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Winchester. He is survived by two brothers, Johnny Ray (JoAnn) Clem, Douglas W. (Lisa G.) Clem, both of Winchester; and five nieces, April (Chris) Coughlin, Lexington, Lisa (Patrick) Terrell, Lexington, Courtney (Reberto) Pedroza, Walton, KY, Maria Shelton, Winchester, and Laura Rae (Shaun) Butler, Colorado. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 4, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with burial in the Clintonville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9:00 a.m. Friday.
