Cecil McIntosh, 71, Bank Row, retired Claiborne Farm employee, widower of Laura Sebastian McIntosh, died Monday, May 16, 2011. He was born October 13, 1939 in Owsley County, son of the late Wayne and Ersie Noble McIntosh. Cecil in survived by two daughter, Brenda (Frank) Howell, Louisville, Kathy McIntosh, Millersburg; three grandchildren, James Howell, Steven Hilario, Braeden McIntosh; four brothers, Robert McIntosh, Wallace McIntosh, Willard McIntosh, Dennis McIntosh, all of Owsley County; and four sisters, Ruth Ann Rice, Faye Bowman, both of Owsley County, Dorothy Ingram and Sandy Pemperton, both of Brodhead. There will be no services or visitation.
