Charles E. Bailey, 86, Cynthiana, died Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. He was born July 4, 1925 in Harrison County, son of the late Austin and Lena Lyons Bailey. Charles is survived by a nephew, Jerry Bailey, Georgetown; and a niece, Brenda (Bobby) Blair, Dunkirk, Ohio. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 4, at Battle Grove Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
