Claudia Ann Wasson Tincher, 62, Idlewind Drive, Wal-Mart sales clerk, wife of Jackie Tincher, died Saturday, March 10, 2007 at her residence. She was born November 2, 1944 in Bourbon County, daughter of the late Carlton Maffett and Mary Katherine Fowler Wasson, a graduate of Bourbon County High School, and was a member of Paris Christian Chapel. Claudia is also survived by two daughters, Sandy Abney, Jennifer (Tracy) Sharon, both of Paris; a brother, Bill Wasson, Lexington; four grandchildren, Nicholas Brady, Katlyn Scott, John Sharon, Michael Abney, Jr.; special friends, Bonnie Gail Williamson, Gail Mahlman; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Don Jolly with interment in the Carlisle Cemetery. Casket bearers will be David Tincher, B.J. Tincher, Steve Linville, Tim Brady, Larry Gray, Brad Henry, and Gerald Hilander. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass or P.A.W.S. The family expresses special appriciation to Hospice of the Bluegrass and her Wal-Mart associates.
