Cynthia Kay Finley, 66, a home health care giver, died Friday, February 12, 2016 at Bourbon Heights Nursing Home. She was born March 5, 1949 in Decatur, Illinois, daughter of Dorothy Beggs Finley, Carlisle, and the late Edward Kern Finley and was a graduate of Paris High School. In addition to her mother, Cynthia is survived by a son, Brian Finley, Paris; a grandson, Austin Finley, Paris; sister, Venita Archer, Texas; 2 brothers, Robert Finley, Mike Finley, both of Texas; and a sister-in-law, Deborah Finley, Paris. A brother, Terry Finley, preceded her in death. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. There will be no service.
