Delano Wayne "Del" Biddle, Sr., 65, Woodduck Court, Winchester, a realtor and retired GTE employee, husband of Marie Power Biddle, died Monday, November 2, 2009 at the Clark Regional Medical Center. He was born July 4, 1944 in Bourbon County, son of the late William E. and Adele Wilson Biddle, graduate of North Middletown High School, attended Union College, and was a member of Spears Mill Baptist Church. He is also survived by two sons, William Eric (Melissa) Biddle, Clark County, Delano Wayne Biddle, Jr., Winchester; a daughter, Cyndi (Chris) Collier, Mt. Sterling; eight grandchildren, Dylan, Clayton, Eli, and Sophie Biddle, Alex, Hannah, Cameron, and Zach Collier; two brothers, Donald (Pauline) Biddle, Bourbon County. Gary Biddle, North Middletown; and two sisters, Helen B. (Charles) Jones, Bourbon County, and Debbie (Randy) Brooks. A sister, Billie Sue Brainard, preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 6, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. F. Keith Biddle with burial in the Biddle Family Cemetery in North Middletown. Casket bearers will be Chris Collier, Aubrey Maffett, Dylan Biddle, Bill Mattox, Josh Mattox, Phillip Maffett, Ricky Biddle, and Charles Jones. Honorary bearers will be Roland Hamm, Randy Brooks, and Donald Hughes. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday.
