Edith Rae Odor Richardson, 81, Castle Blvd., widow of Alfred J. Richardson, died Saturday, March 10, 2007. She was born March 26, 1925 in Williamstown, KY, daughter of the late Raymond and May Belle Limerick Odor, a graduate of Grant County schools, and attended Cincinnati Bible Seminary and Eastern State Teacher's College. Mrs. Richardson was a member of Bedford Acres Christian Church where she was active in the Senior's Group, a member of Senior Friends at the Bourbon Community Hospital, former member of Carroll County Homemakers and Harrison County Homemakers, was active in water aerobics at the Paris-Bourbon County YMCA, and was a former Sunday School teacher and church organist. She is survived by two sons, Norman (Barbara) Richardson, Carrollton, Dale Richardson, Cynthiana; a daughter, Mardell (Ronnie) Sosby, Paris; three grandchildren, Jeff Richardson, Karen Richardson, both of Carrollton, Alyssa Richardson, Grant County; a brother, Ivan C. Odor, Mt. Pleasant, MI; and a sister, Reva Dell Mefford, Nicholasville. She was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, at the Bedford Acres Christian Church by Rev. Jim Hutchison with entombment in the Williamstown Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Don Menke, Jim Barker, Ron Harney, Isaac "Sonny" Keller, Lloyd Hurst, and Wallace Brown. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Memorials are suggested to Bedford Acres Christian Church.
