Elizabeth Hackett Davis, 97, widow of J.W. Davis, died Monday, April 18, 2011 at Bourbon Heights. She was born August 9, 1913 in Madison County, daughter of the late Oliver P. and Maggie Campbell Tudor and was a member of Calvary Christian Church. She is survived by four sons, Roy (Evelyn) Davis, Georgetown, William R. "Bobby" (Irene) Davis, Paris, John (Joan) Davis, Berea, Harold (Rhonda) Davis, Paris; three daughters, Dorothy Wilhoite, Horse Cave, KY, Mildred (Wheeler) Hay, Paris, Wanda (Jimmy) Williams, Paris; 14 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and eight great, great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, David Thomas Wilhoite; a granddaughter, Aubrey Davis; three brothers; and a sister. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 22, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Bro. Bryan Barrett and Bro. Orville Taylor with burial in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Her sons and sons-in-law will serve as casket bearers. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday. Memorials are suggested to Calvary Christian Church, 610 Clintonville Road, Paris, KY 40361.
