Emma Lee Hutchison, 93, widow of Marion Lee Hutchison, died Friday October 2, 2009. She was born November 22, 1915 in Montgomery County, the daughter of the late James and Lillie Dee Puckett Workman, educated in the Montgomery County School System, and was a member of the Nazarene Church. She is survived by a son, Samuel Hutchison, Harrison County; a daughter, Emily (Alva) McCarty, Lexington; five grandchildren, Mona (Rick) Seratt, Barbara (Roy) Shields, Tracy (Tara) McCarty, April (Jeff) Tipton, Bo (Heather) Hutchison; four great grandchildren, Travis (Meagan) Pelfrey, Elizabeth Seratt, J.R. Pelfrey, Brayden McCarty; three great, great grandchildren, Jacob Pelfrey, Arlie Pelfrey, Frankie Seratt; and a sister, Bettye Ruth (Lee) Champlin, Lexington. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 6, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Bro. Rick Stone and Bro. Vernon Adams. Interment will be in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
