Eugene "Gene" Willett Kiser, Sr., 71, retired farmer and Farmer's Tobacco Warehouse employee. Husband of Evelyn White Kiser, died Monday, April 2, 2007. He was born January 16, 1936 in Kiserton, Bourbon County, KY, son of the late Ernest Willett and Leta Keller Kiser. He was a 1954 graduate of Bourbon County High School and a member of Bedford Acres Christian Church. Other survivors include a daughter, Connie Kiser ( Perry E.) Hutson, a son, Eugene Willett (Andrea Addison) Kiser, Jr. three grandchildren, Jon Will Kiser, Evelyn Lea Kiser and Addison Ann Kiser, two sisters-in-law, Jan Wyatt and Marjorie White, Vancouver, WA and nieces and nephews, Libby (Gary) Krumnow, Sherry (Jerry) Vincent, Kathy (Buck) Buckingham, Teri (Denny) Grimmett, John (Carolyn) Fuller, Marie (Logan) Jacobs, Scott (Meg) Fuller, Kelly (Brot) Bishop, Beni (Mike) Wegner, and B.C. (Beth) Wyatt. Casket bearers will be William Current Wyatt, Jr., Benjamin Rankin, John Fuller, Scott Fuller, Stephen Linville, Ronnie Sosby, Glen Mackie, and Don Menke. Honorary bearers will be Francis Jane Duncan, Ralph Linville, Perry A. Hutson, Ronnie Chanslor, Freddy Gillespie, Jesse Turner, Buddy Turpin, Kenneth Addison, William C. Wyatt, and Billy Wayne Barlow. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the Bedford Acres Christian Church, by Rev. Jim Hutchison and Rev. David Casey. Interment will be Thursday at 11:00 am in the Millersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday at the church. Memorials are suggested to Bedford Acres Christian Church or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
