Jean F. Turpin, 79, Lancaster, OH, retired payroll clerk, wife of Hubert Ross Turpin, died Friday, November 12, 2010 at her home. She was born January 23, 1931 in India, daughter of the late Terrance and Queenie DeWitt Allen. She is also survived by a son, Carl A. (Karen) Turpin, Ohio; and a sister-in-law, Mary Dell Turner, Paris. Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 16, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Jerri Williams. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday. A committal service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 17, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
