Jerry "Kenny" Beverage II, 41, of Jacksonville Florida, formally of Independence Ky. died on August 22, 2011. Ken was born July 11, 1970 in Covington, Ky. He was a graduate of Simon Kenton High School in Independence, Ky. Ken enjoyed collecting baseball memorabilia, he loved animals, and was an avid Kentucky Wildcat fan. He worked as a Credit Card Fraud Investigator for Citibank. Ken is survived by his parents, Jerry and Betty Beverage. Additional survivors include his grandmother, Edith Beverage; and his 2 aunts, Billie Hinton (Ronnie) and Belinda Simmons (Harry).Funeral services will be Monday, August 29th at 1:00 p.m. at the Hinton-Tuner Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Monday. Pallbeares will be Dale McCleese, John Simmons, Dean Hinton, Jeff Hinton, Jerry Clark and Brent Holbrook. Honorary pallbeares will be Harry Simmons, Bobby Snapp,Ronald Hinton, Coleman Hinton, Owen Hinton, Weston Hinton, Evan Carpenter, Andrea Hinton, Goble Proffitt and Rick Carpenter. Burial will be in Evergreen Memory Gardens.
