Jerry Franklin Link, 71, a retired horseman, widower of Mable Day Link, died Sunday, January 4, 2014 at Baptist Health Lexington. He was born March 19, 1943 in Bourbon County, son of Anna Wells Link, Paris, and the late Pete Link. In addition to his mother, Jerry is survived by two stepchildren, Linda Reynolds, Paris, James "Buddy" McIntyre, Bourbon County; two sisters, Virginia (David) Lloyd, Versailles, Shirley Tackett, Paris; and a brother, Larry (Janice) Link, Fort Worth, Texas. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 8, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Gary Ellcessor. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Thursday.
