Jerry Waugh, 29, Horton Drive, an employee of the University of Kentucky Medical Center, died Monday, September 20, 2010 at the U.K. Medical Center. He was born July 11, 1981 in Lexington, son of Vickie Waugh, Paris, attended Lafayette High School, and was a member of the Loudon Avenue Church of God. Jerry is also survived by a son, Daniel Waugh; twin daughters, Amari and Kyra Waugh; paternal grandmother, Mary Gladys Kenney; his girlfriend, Tara Sexton; an aunt, Bonnie Burke; three uncles, Rodney Waugh, Bobby Waugh, Milton Kenney; and a host of aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ernest and Addie Waugh; paternal grandfather, Alfonzo Kenney; an aunt, Brenda Waugh; and a cousin, Travis Burke. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 23, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Krista Hampton and Rev. Billy Allen with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Anthony Sexton, Jeffrey Blanton, Telandes Clark, Shane Woodrum, Brian Parsons, Jason Lewis, and Gary Burke. Honorary bearers will be Daniel Waugh, Amari Waugh, Kyra Waugh, and Ceasar Hayes. Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
