Jo Lynn Williams, 66, office manager of 42 years for Dr. James L. Ferrell, died Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Bourbon Heights Nursing Home. She was born December 16, 1948 in Bamberg, Germany, daughter of the late Carlos Martin and Ruby Pauling Fryman Williams. Jo was a graduate of Paris High School and Fugazzi Business College and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She is survived by two brothers, Alan Martin (Doris) Williams, Patrick Andrew (Sherry) Williams, both of Paris; five nephews, Eric Martin Williams, Brian Alan Williams, Jeremy Williams, Jessie Williams, Calvin Williams; and two great nephews, Paul Martin Williams and Aiden Norris. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 16, at Evergreen Memory Gardens by Rev. Gary Graves. Casket bearers will be her nephews and Larry Gray. Honorary bearers will be Dr. James L. Ferrell, Dr. Roberta Allison, Joan Ferguson, Martha Webb, Dr. Mike Wall, Joyce Long, and George Bills. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to Paris Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
