Kenneth Carl Hull, 85, Horseshoe Drive, retired hotel bell captain, husband of Alice Jean Snapp Hull, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born February 3, 1926 in Bourbon County, son of the late William Earl and Cordia Wasson Hull and attended Bourbon County Schools. Kenneth was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a member of North Middletown Christian Church, and was a published author. He is also survived by two daughters, Paulette (Ronald) Eads, Joan "Cissy" (Monte) King, both of Paris; four grandchildren, Brian (Shannon) Eads, Jenny Eads (James) Arnold, Casey King, Cary (Brooke) King; three great grandchildren, Olivia Link, Molly Arnold, Hunter Arnold; and a sister, Lilly Carpenter. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 6, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Brian Eads, Casey King, Cary King, Philip Coldiron, Darryl Jones, and Gerald Hull. Honorary bearers will be Cecil Rinesmith, Bobby Snapp, and Billy Snapp. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Friday.
