Kenneth "Pete" Osborne, 66, Sledd Street, North Middletown, husband of Brenda Willoughby Osborne, died Thursday, December 13, 2007 at his home. He was born July 18, 1941 in Marion, Indiana, son of the late Ernest B. Osborne and Josie Campbell Wilson, and was a member of North Middletown Christian Church. Pete is also survived by a daughter, Nancy Jones; a son, Ricky Osborne, both of North Middletown; five grandchildren, Kevin Walker, Kris Walker, Krieg Osborne, Tyler Osborne, Catherine Osborne, a great granddaughter, Jaylynn Walker; two brothers, Eli (Dorothy) Osborne, North Middletown, Bill (Dora) Osborne, Angier, NC; and a sister, Evelyn (Jim) Ginn, Frankfort. He was preceded in death by a brother, David Osborne. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 18, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Hospice Chaplain Ed Salerno with interment in the North Middletown Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Terry Turner, Mark Hughes, James McFarland, Doug Mers, Rick Claypool, Jim Brooks, Jeff McFarland, and Jimmy Clark. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday.
