Luther Wayne White, 77, a farmer, U.S. Army veteran, died Tuesday, November 3, 2015. He was born July 28, 1938 in Bourbon County, son of the late Tony and Grace Reed White. Luther is survived by a daughter, Tina (Charles) Oliver; his longtime companion, Shirley Cameron; his little dog, Gracie; and three sisters, Lyda, Linda , and Sue . He was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 7, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Chris Clay with burial in Millersburg Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Forrest Jackson, Bret Jackson, Brian Jackson, Mike Leer, Billy Davidson, and Jesse Webb. Honorary bearers will be Charles Prebble, Donald Ray Hutson, Nelson Hutson, Orville Lanter, Jeremy Wyles, Bill Cameron, Charles Fay, Harry Laytart, and Luther R. Jones. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
