Mary Gertrude Williams Miller, 86, Clay-Kiser Road, retired Bourbon County Junior High School bookkeeper, wife of William R. Miller, died Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the Hospice Care Center. She was born May 28, 1924 in Midway, daughter of the late Herman and Emma Woodruff Williams and was a member of the Cynthiana Christian Church. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Mary Miller (Jim) Boyd, Frankfort, Steve (Amy) Miller, Russell, Gary L. (Lucy) Miller II, Lexington; and eight great grandchildren, Ashley Skillern, Kile Miller, Olivia Miller, Kustis Miller, Annalee Miller, William Charles Miller, Crystal Miller, and Megan Miller. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Eleanor June Miller; a grandson, Mike Miller; and two brothers, Herman Williams and Earl Williams. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 8, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Dr. Larry Bishop and Dr. Tim Teater with burial in the Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Jeff Darett, Jim Boyd, Don Cooper, Dave Kennedy, Jack Marsh, and Steve Miller. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass or Cynthiana Christian Church.
