Mary Mason Workman, 73, St. Catherine Street, retired employee of Magic Maid, wife of George Thomas Workman, died Monday, April 23, 2007 at Bourbon Community Hospital. She was born July 10, 1933 in Robertson County, daughter of the late Clarence Downing and Betty Linville Dotson, and was a member of the Paris Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Workman is also survived by three daughters, Betsy Grey, Fayette County, Kathy (Pete) Banks, Sandy (Adrian) Smits, both of Paris; three sons, Danny Mason Workman, Paris, Jimmy Dean (Rae) Workman, Magnolia, TX, John (Bobbie) Workman, Paris; 17 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Ray Workman; a granddaughter, Lee Ann Banks; and a great grandson, Mitchell Wayne Curtis. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Vernon Adams with interment in the North Middletown Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Chris Snapp, Mike Workman, Mark Easley, Timothy Curtis, Daniel Langfels, Mike McClouthin, Travis Workman, and Gregory Banks. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
