Minnie Bell Berryman, 79, widow of Henry Clay Berryman, died Monday, November 14, 2011 at Johnson-Mathers Nursing Home. She was born March 5, 1932 in Nicholas County, daughter of the late Leonard K. and Grace Earlywine Snapp and was a member of Central Baptist Church. Minnie is survived by a daughter, Betsy (Albert) Mitchell, Georgetown; four grandchildren, Heather (Nathan) Overbeys, Lexington, Joshua Thomas (Rachel) Mitchell, Paris, Jonathan Wayne Berryman, Lexington, Melissa Gail (Jeremy) Talbott, Carlisle; six great grandchildren; three sisters, Beulah (Bobby) True, Paris, Mary Ruth (Nelson) Dunaway, Paris, Anna Mae Curtis, Bethel; and five brothers, William Robert Snapp, Paris, Raymond Snapp, Cynthiana, Clay L. (Jean) Snapp, Lancaster, Earnest (Betty) Snapp, Millersburg, and Larry Ray (Linda) Snapp, Paris. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Wayne Berryman; and a brother, Bernis Snapp. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 17, at Central Baptist Church by Rev. Dan Russell and Rev. Drew Martin with burial in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Casket bearers will be Nelson Dunaway, Bobby True, Jackie Crump, Everett Johnson, Glenn Berryman, and Doug Downing. Deacons of Central Baptist Church will serve as honorary bearers. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Memorials suggested to Central Baptist Church Building Fund.
