Nancy Elizabeth Lanter, 96, Chambers Street, retired inspector for Hansley Mill, widow of Howard Lanter, died Friday, September 7, 2012 at Bourbon Heights Nursing Home. She was born November 14, 1915 in Rockcastle County, daughter of the late John Wesley and Della Mae Coffee Bullens. Mrs. Lanter is survived by two daughters, Bonnie J. (Woodie) Wilson, Paris, Lora Rae (Roy Mas) Brazzell, Georgetown, LA; two sons, Ronald Leon (Phyllis) Isaac, Little Rock, Roy Elbert (Diane) Isaac, Sealy, TX; sister, Nora Wade Lamb, Berea; four grandchildren, Charlotte Jo Blackburn, Jennifer Lee Brazzell, Nancy Jean Curtis, Roy Mitchell Isaac; step grandson, Steven McBride; seven great grandchildren, Alicia Diane Bernard, Sarah Leeann Blackburn (Michael Hill), Arianna Rayne Brazzell, Morgan Isaac, Alston Earl Isaac, Mason Andres Isaac, Taylor Zane Isaac; step great grandson, Logan McBride; and two great, great grandchildren, Kennedy Vega Hill and Jaycee Rayne Isaac. She was preceded in death by a son, Joe Thomas Isaac; daughter, Phyllis Marie Isaac; a grandson, Ronald Leon Isaac Jr.; sister, Goldie Isaac; and two brothers, Virgle and Joe Bullens. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Bro. Charley Wilson with burial in Battle Grove Cemetery, Cynthiana. Casket bearers will be Steve McBride, Ben Wesley Bullens, Billy Joe Bullens, Orville Lamb, Mason Isaac, Austin Isaac, Greg Blackburn, and Mitch Isaac. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
