Olema Hardin Roberts, 96, of Lexington and formerly of North Middletown, widow of William Paul Roberts, died Monday, January 19, 2015 at Willows at Hamburg. She was born September 6, 1918 in Bourbon County, daughter of the late James Hardin and Pearl Hardin Stephens, a graduate of North Middletown High School, and was a member of North Middletown Christian Church and Bourbon County Homemakers. Mrs. Roberts is survived by a daughter, Libby Overtoom, Lexington; a son, James Allen (Karlin) Roberts, Mount Sterling; son-in-law, Sherman Traylor; three grandsons; and three great grandchildren. A daughter, Phyllis Traylor, preceded her in death. Graveside services will be 12:00 noon Thursday, January 22, at North Middletown Cemetery by Rev. Robert Stauffer. Casket bearers will be Anthony Traylor, Geoffrrey Kampe, James Allen Roberts Jr., Chris Lewis, and Bill Roberts. Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home.
