Patricia "Pat" Harney Acke, 75, wife of Carl T. Acke died October 17, 2010 at her residence. She was born August 1, 1935 in Fayette County, daughter of the late James M. and Beatrice Kerns Harney. She was a graduate of the Lafayette High School and a member of the Centerville United Methodist Church. She is also survived by three sisters, Betty (Clyde) Hurst, Scott County, Peggy Sue (Connie) Ellis, Fayette County, Jane Sizemore, Stamping Ground, one brother Jimmy Harney and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services 11:00 A.M. Wednesday Hinton - Turner Funeral Home, by Rev. Jill Ruhl, burial Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Ron Toadvine, Jim Toadvine, Randy Hurst, Frank Conley, Charles Fay and Ronnie Payne. Honorary casket bearers will be Terry Arnold, Wayne Logan, Mark Jacobson and Matt Bedford. Visitation 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials to Centerville United Methodist Church or the Methodist Children's Home, Versailles Ky.
