Patricia Jane Clem, 46, Clintonville Road, died Saturday, August 7, at the U.K. Medical Center. She was born February 4, 1964 in Bourbon County, daughter of Mary Hazel Cassity Clem, Paris, and the late Robert Clem and was a graduate of Bourbon County High School. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Laura Dawn Clem, two sisters, Brenda Faulkner, Vickie English; four brothers, Robert Ray Clem, Harold Clem, Donald Clem, Keith Clem; and her former husband and caretaker, Ted Warren White. A brother, Danny Clem, preceded her in death. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 15, at New Life Ministries, 340 North Middletown Road, Paris, KY by Rev. Anthony Gubitz.
