Patricia S. Fryer, 73, a retired clerk for Columbia Gas, wife of Bill Fryer, died Friday, November 14, 2014 at Bourbon Community Hospital. She was born October 6, 1941 in Paris, daughter of the late William K. and Ruth Arnold Biddle, a graduate of Bourbon County High School, and attended the University of Kentucky. In addition to her husband, Pat is survived by two sons, Hart Sledd, Kenney Clay Sledd (Connie Wilson); a daughter, Elizabeth "Libby" Sledd (Joe Beam); two grandchildren, Spencer Sledd, Emily Sledd; a sister, Judy (Junior) Jenkins; two stepsons, Billy Martin Fryer, Myron Fryer; three stepdaughters, Mitzi Allen, Maye Fryer, Marla Jo Fryer; and special friend and caregiver, Veronica Christopher. A sister, Delcie, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 19, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. Casket bearers will be Bob Wilson, Billy Barton, Eddie Watson, Spencer Sledd, Greg Gaunce, and Bill Kelly. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
