Robert Lynn Davidson, 70, Lexington, formerly of Paris, retired security guard, U.S. Army veteran, died Sunday, December 17, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital. He was born August 24, 1936 in Williamsport, PA, son of the late James and Lillian Fleischer Davidson. Mr. Davidson is survived by two daughters, Sharon Davidson (Dwayne Tubbs) Nicholas County, Valerie (Roger) Pitts, Paris; a son, Kenny Davidson, Lexington; special friend, Debbie Poynter, Lexington; five grandchildren, Jason Lemaster, Jimmy (Brenda) Lemaster, Kelsey Pitts, Jacob Pitts, Brittney Davidson; two great grandchildren, Zachary Siples, Kyle Lemaster; a sister, Judy Bland, West Virginia; and two brothers, Tom (Louise) Davidson, Pennsylvania, and James (Mel) Davidson, Georgia. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Davidson. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 21, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Dan Russell with interment in the Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
