Ronald Dean Brown, 52, Clintonville Road, manager for Dotson Brothers Quick Lube, husband of Kitty Lucky Brown, died Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Bourbon Community Hospital. He was born December 9, 1958 in Harrison County, son of the late William Francis and Ruth Watkins Brown, a graduate of Bourbon County High School, and was a member of First United Methodist Church. Ronnie had formerly been associated with West and Rust Oil Company and had served as a Bourbon County Deputy Sheriff. He is also survived by a sister, Diana (Jackie) Sanders; mother-in-law, Helen Lucky; and a brother-in-law, Robert Lucky. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Michael, Richard, Larry, and David Brown. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 12, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Jerri Williams and Bro. Dave Mefford with burial in Paris Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Robert Lucky, John Robin Smits, David Earl Smits, Travis Smits, Jackie Sanders, Ken Lucky, Terry Pollitt, and Jeff Kitchen. Honorary bearers will be Ernie Lucky, Raymond Kitchen, Dr. Kenneth Brodsky, Steve Linville, Clayton \"Buck\" McCarty, Mike Holmes, Ronnie Amyx, Wayne Brown, Dwayne Ison, Brad Dotson, Greg Dotson, Rodney Dotson, David Dotson, Daniel Carpenter, Jeff Saunders, Jed Sexton, Noe Huerta, Fernando Galindo, and Ernesto Martinez. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
