Tara Kate Current, 24, Fayetteville, NC, formerly of Cynthiana, U.S. Army Corporal, daughter of Stephen Tobin, Paris, and the late Brenda Current Wachter, died Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at her residence. She was born November 8, 1983 in Cynthiana, a graduate of Harrison County High School, attended Eastern Kentucky University, and was a member of Indian Creek Christian Church. Tara Kate is survived by her father, Steve (Kathy) Tobin, Paris; three sisters, Alissa Tobin, Lexington, Jennifer Tobin, Paris, Caitlin Tobin, Lexington; her paternal grandmother, Barbara Tobin, Paris; uncle, Bruce Current, Paris; a special cousin, Amanda Burton, Lexington; and special friends, Eliza Olinger and Andrea Kendall. A memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday, November 30, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with inurnment in the Millersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Friday. Memorials are suggested to the Indian Creek Christian Church, 51 Waits Road, Cynthiana, KY, 41031.
