He was born June 24, 1958 in Bourbon County, son of the late Paul Clayton and Grace Marshall Reed. He is survived by three sons, Terry Wayne Reed Jr., Berea, Bradford Lee Reed, Crab Orchard, Caleb Reed, Berea; a brother, Gary Lee (Phyllis) Reed, Paris; and three grandchildren.
