Wanda Faye Norris Combs, 64, Kristen Lane, retired employee of the Bourbon County school system, died Monday, June 28, 2010 at the Hospice Care Center. She was born February 25, 1946 in Bath County, daughter of the late Jimmie and Polly Ethel Hunt Norris and was a member of the Paris Church of Christ. Wanda is survived by two daughters, Lisa (John) Duvall, Kathy McDonald, both of Paris; a son, Alvin D. Combs, Chandler, AZ; six grandchildren, Mark McDonald, Niki McDonald, Lauren Duvall, Lindsay Duvall, Maria Duvall, David Lipetzki; three sisters, Louise (John) Raleigh, Edmond, OK, Ethel (Gene) Moreland, Georgetown, Sandi Norris, Georgetown; and three brothers, Jimmie (Juanita) Norris, Millersburg, Henry (Kathy) Norris, Paris, and Bobby Ray (Katie) Norris, Sr., Paris. Visitation will be 4:30 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 1, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. No services are scheduled. Memorials are suggested to the Paris Church of Christ Food Pantry or Hospice of the Bluegrass.
